The Multi Layer Blown Film Plant Extruder is a high-performance 3-layer blown film machine, designed as an entry level multilayer solution. It is engineered to deliver superior film quality, high output and to be energy efficient. 

The 3 Layer Technology means that each extruder feeds a individual layer of film – Outer (A), Core (B) and Inner (C) – allowing precise control over film strength, clarity and barrier properties. This design ensures uniform material distribution, excellent melting performance and consistent film thickness.
